Common questions
How does the free intro call work?
It's a relaxed 15-minute video call with Deb and your student. She'll ask a few questions, get a feel for the gaps, and recommend the right starting point. No charge, no commitment.
What if we need to reschedule?
Cancellations and reschedules are free with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations (under 24 hrs) are charged at 50% of the session rate.
Do sessions expire?
Monthly packages reset each billing cycle. Pay-as-you-go sessions are booked individually so there's nothing to expire.
What platform do you use for sessions?
All sessions run on this platform — a private video room with screen sharing and a shared whiteboard. No Zoom account needed.
Can a parent sit in?
Yes, absolutely — especially for younger students. Deb just asks that parents don't answer questions on the student's behalf.
